I had to rip out the desert mallow from this dry bed after it toppled over from a very determined Dane. The roots had become so thick and woody that i didn't see it going back into the ground.

But I had ideas to fill that space and asked Gemini to suggest some visuals.

He's been a rescue cat for 4 years and could be considered a senior at almost 8 years old. He is friendly with all humans, though he can be selective about feline company. Letting him explore outdoors (in the backyard) allows him to be his best self.

Greening out late March

Plants are leafing out in our backyard. The west foundation bed is looking alive! Dwarf vitex, crape myrtle, loropetalum and sambuca nigra are showing off some early spring growth.
